Cuong Nhu
Martial Arts
Cuong Nhu blends aspects of Shotokan Karate, Aikido, Judo, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Vovinam, Tai Chi Chuan, and Western boxing to create a truly well rounded and versatile martial art. It is this blending of hard and soft styles from which Cuong Nhu (pronounced Kung New) derives its name, which is Vietnamese for hard (cuong) and soft (nhu).
